We do not accept returns on printed items.
If you have changed your mind within 24 hours of placing an order please give us a call or email referencing your order number and your reason for changing/cancelling the order.
In the event you have ordered an incorrect garment, size, colour or uploaded an incorrect graphic for your order; please email us within 24 hours stating your order number and requesting what you need to be changed.
Please note we do not refund customers for change of mind. We can issue a credit to your account with us or adjust the order accordingly.
All production times displayed on our website excluding shipping time.
- We can not amend/cancel or credit your rush order. Please check your rush order carefully before making payment at checkout.
If we have made a printing error on your order please give us a call at your earliest convenience or send us an email with your order number and print error details, including any photos if necessary. A team member will get in touch with you within 24 hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Please note it is the customer's responsibility to check artwork is suitable for printing.
We can not always promise stock to be available once placing an order. We will contact you within 24 hours if the stock is unavailable with an alternative or solution.

We apologise for any inconvenience regarding returns and exchanges. We will try our best to resolve any issues and ask that you respectfully work with us to achieve the best outcome.
- All orders are dispatched via Australia Post. Automatically orders valued at $100 and under is covered. Meaning if the item gets lost in the post, Australia post will work with us to compensate so the order can be re-printed. For more information on orders placed over $100 and what happens if it is lost in the post please call us BEFORE placing your order. Extra cover is available but needs to be arranged before an order is placed with edition.
- We do not take responsibility for Australia Post delayed times. Please note the post starts to run slow from 1st December and during the festive season. Please order in advance and allow extra days for shipping.
