We do not accept returns on printed items.

  • If you have changed your mind within 24 hours of placing an order please give us a call or email referencing your order number and your reason for changing/cancelling the order.

  • In the event you have ordered an incorrect garment, size, colour or uploaded an incorrect graphic for your order; please email us within 24 hours stating your order number and requesting what you need to be changed. 

  • Please note we do not refund customers for change of mind. We can issue a credit to your account with us or adjust the order accordingly. 

  • All production times displayed on our website excluding shipping time. 

Rush orders:

  • We can not amend/cancel or credit your rush order. Please check your rush order carefully before making payment at checkout. 

If we have made a printing error on your order please give us a call at your earliest convenience or send us an email with your order number and print error details, including any photos if necessary. A team member will get in touch with you within 24 hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Please note it is the customer's responsibility to check artwork is suitable for printing. 

We can not always promise stock to be available once placing an order. We will contact you within 24 hours if the stock is unavailable with an alternative or solution. 

*An order is confirmed once you make payment by entering your shipping & card details at checkout.

We apologise for any inconvenience regarding returns and exchanges. We will try our best to resolve any issues and ask that you respectfully work with us to achieve the best outcome.

Australia Post:

  • All orders are dispatched via Australia Post. Automatically orders valued at $100 and under is covered. Meaning if the item gets lost in the post, Australia post will work with us to compensate so the order can be re-printed. For more information on orders placed over $100 and what happens if it is lost in the post please call us BEFORE placing your order. Extra cover is available but needs to be arranged before an order is placed with edition.
  • We do not take responsibility for Australia Post delayed times. Please note the post starts to run slow from 1st December and during the festive season. Please order in advance and allow extra days for shipping.

Returns Policy

We cannot accept returns for custom garments that were approved by you, as they were made specifically to your design.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for t-shirts that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Washing instructions are provided within your order dispatch email. 
To raise a problem with your order, please contact our customer service team via email or phone.


If we (edition pty ltd) has made an error, such as;

• Dispatched an incorrect garment; size, colour or style
• Incorrect design has been printed (based on your paid invoice/mockup)
Then please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We may ask you to email us photos of the incorrect items along with your order number. Our responsibility and guarantee is to correct the garment first. We may issue a returns label so we can fix the garment or send out a replacement item.


If you have made an error on your order and require us to change the design, garment style etc - please call us at your earliest convenience. If we have not started production on your goods - we will adjusting accordingly. Any money owing from (edition pty ltd) will be issued as a credit to the customers online account with us.
Please note: We can not make changes or adjust any rush orders.


Stock Availability:
If your items are out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible. Our website does not display live stock counts. This means your item selected could be available, low in stock or have an eta of arrival. We will work with you to resolve any stock variances. Refund Fees:
In the result of a refund we are charged a fee from our in-store and online Merchant of 1.75% of the sale for domestic Australian cards and 2.9% for international cards. This amount is automatically deducted at time of payment. Funds are released to you within 1-2 business days of refund approval. If you have paid via Bank Transfer a full refund can be issued without any fees.
