 To return a Edition product

You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at and request an RMA number.

Please include in your RMA request email:

  • The date of your purchase
  • Your order number
  • What you would like to return
  • Why you want to return it
  • A photo highlighting the fault/damage

The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel. Edition does not cover return shipping.

 What can be returned

Only Items that have a faulty print may only be returned. Once an order has been placed online we cannot edit this order and we cannot cancel this order once it has been placed. No returns are accepted after 14 days of receipt of purchase. We do not accept return items that have noticeable wear or makeup stains. Returns must also comply with our user agreement.

We do not refund or exchange for change of mind, errors in approved proofs, errors from non 'print ready' artwork, shipping or stock delays or if the customer chooses the wrong garment size. Proof approval is important and written approval is required before we can print a job. Payment of a job also constitutes approval.

Clients must ensure that the artwork, qty and shipping address is correct before payment is made. We do not accept returns for errors made by any of our couriers when Edition has dispatched to the correct address by the due date.

 What cannot be returned

No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in new condition to be eligible for return.

We want you to be happy and satisfied with your Edition custom printing experience however some circumstances are beyond our control. Please be advised we cannot be responsible for:

  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
  • Inferior quality, blurry or low-resolution of uploaded images by the customer.
  • Incorrect image upload by the customer.
  • Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
  • Incorrect product type,size or colour product selection by the customer.
  • 10% variance in design printing colours and size.
  • 10% variance in the actual garment colours.
  • Garment shrinkage and general washing issues.

 Orders placed over the phone, in person or via email

All orders placed over the phone, email or in person are subject to the the same return procedure and also the Proof Approval Disclaimer. Verbal agreement, payment of an invoice or emailing a reply with approval constitutes authority to proceed. Clients are requested to check thoroughly before approving.

We have taken the utmost care creating your artwork, however, are not liable for client error. Due to the production process, colours, position, size & scale are indicative only.

Washing Instructions

Please note putting your garments through the wash incorrectly are noticeable and will not be accepted as a return or refund.

  • Cold water
  • Gentle cycle
  • Wash inside out
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Dry in shade
  • Longer lasting print: Gentle hand wash and let dry in shade

Delivery Timeframes

Note that in the unlikely event that there is an error due to the couriers that we use (Australia Post) we cannot take responsibility. If you order a rush express order and your location is rural, international or not covered by the Australia Post National Express Post Network then we cannot take responsibility for shipping timeframes.

We want you to receive your garments on time. Please plan ahead if your order is for a specific date we are only a phone call or an email away.

To return your items

  1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
  2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
